ORDER No. 094 /CAB/PM OF 04 AOUT 2023
to appoint the Coordinator of the operational Management Unit of Bakassi Peninsula Development Program. -
THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No.2011/008 of May 06, 2011 to lay down guidelines for territorial planning and sustainability development in Cameroon;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/086 of May 04 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of August 04, 1995;
Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of December 09.2011 to organize the Government. as amended and supplemented by Decree No 2018/190 of March 02, 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/00 I of 04 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government;
Mindful of Decree No.2017/8819/PM of 21 August 2017 on the creation, organization and operation of the Bakassi Peninsula Development Program.
Mindful of Decree No. 05045/PM 04 AOUT 2023 renewing the duration of Bakassi Peninsula Development Program,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article ONE.- Mister NYAKANGAH Lawrence FORWANG is with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed the Coordinator of the operational Management Unit of Bakassi Peninsula Development Program.
Article 2.- The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3.- The present order shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
