Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2nd of March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2nd of March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order N° 310/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of the 05th September 1989 to set up a Special Civil Status Registration Centres, in Mefou Division ; Considering Letter N° 000311/L/J05/SDL of the 06th June 2023 of the Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Afamba Division ; Considering service needs,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr AVA AVA Materne is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Ebang I Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre, in Soa Sub-Division, Mefou and Afamba Division. Article 2. Mr AVA AVA Materne shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29th June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6th May 2011. Article 3. He/She shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Afamba is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
