# THE MINISTER OF STATE, MINISTER OF JUSTICE, KEEPER OF THE SEALS,
MINDFUL OF the constitution;
MINDFUL OF Law N°90/059 of 19th December 1990 to organize practice at the Bar;
MINDFUL OF Decree N°95/033 of 20th February 1995 to organize the Final Bar Examination;
MINDFUL OF Decree N°2011/408 of 09th December 2011 to organize the Government as amended by Decrees No.2018/190 of 2nd March 2018 and No.2019/001 of 4th January 2019 to organize the Government;
MINDFUL OF Decree No. 2011/410 of 09th December 2011 to form the Government, as amended by Decrees No. 2015/434 of 2nd October 2015, No. 2018/191 of 2nd March 2018 and No. 2019/002 of 4th January 2019 to reshuffle the Government;
MINDFUL OF Decree N°2012/389 of 18th September 2012 Organising the Ministry of Justice;
# ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
# CHAPTER I: GENERAL PROVISION
Article 1 - : The 2020 session of the Final Bar Examination shall be organized in Yaounde on Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th March 2020 as it concerns the written examination and from Monday the 16th March 2020 as it concerns the oral.
# CHAPTER II: CANDIDACY
Articte 2 : Candidates shall fulfill the following conditions;
be of Cameroonian Nationality ;
enjoy their civic rights ; > be not less than 23 years old on the date of the examination ; > be of good conduct and must not have been dismissed from a public office or position in a public corporation, dismissed as officer of the court, or have been
struck off the roll of pupil advocates or practising lawyers because of acts contrary to probity; and
must have undergone training two (02) years from the date of taking the oath as advocate-in-training.
# Article 3: candidates files shall comprise:
a stamped application; a receipt of payment of the Examination fee of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs into account No. 10001 06865 30508 065001-13 BICEC, at S.N.I. - Yaounde;
a certificate of nationality; a certified true copy of birth certificate; > A certificate of non-conviction (criminal Record Bulletin No3) of not more than three months old; an end of training attestation issued by the training master, failing that, by the President of the Bar Council, if applicable.
Article 4: Candidates shall compile two (2) files. The one addressed to the Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals and the other to the Cameroon Bar Council, P.O.BOX 13 488 Yaoundé, not later than 13th February 2020 at 3.30 p.m. prompt.
# CHAPTER III EXAMINATION COMMISSION
Article 5: The final Bar Examination shall be conducted by an Examination Commission, composed of one (01) Jury and one (01) Secretariat, the members of which shall be appointed by Order of the Minister in charge of Justice.
