Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of decree No.75/780 of 18 December 1975 to lay down the special rules and regulations of the corps of the Statistics civil servants; Mindful of decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 to lay down the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000; Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government; Mindful of decree No.2011/410 of 9 December 2011 to form the Government; Mindful of decree No.2015/434 of 02 October 2015 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform; Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: 1) A training competitive examination to recruit 30 (thirty) student Assistant Statistical Engineers into the “Centre d’Appui aux Ecoles de Statistique Africaines (C.A.P.E.S.A)” has been announced for the 2018 financial year. 2) The written part of the said examination shall take place on 9 and 10 April 2018 in Yaounde (ISSEA), the only examination centre.
Article 2: The examination shall be open to all Cameroonians of both sexes who fulfill the following conditions:
A - FOR EXTERNAL CANDIDATES
I- Trunk A
a) Be born after 31 December 1995 (be at most 22 years of age in 2018); b) Be holder of the Scientific Baccalaureate; c) Be registered in a Special Mathematics class: the admission of such candidate shall be subject to success in the Baccalaureate examination at the end of the ongoing academic year.
II- Trunk B: Mathematics Option
a) Be born after 31 December 1993 (be at most 24 years of age in 2018); b) Be holder of a DEUG in Mathematics or be registered into the second year of the first cycle of the university, majoring in Mathematics or in a Special Mathematics class: the admission of such candidate shall be subject to success in the DEUG examination at the end of the ongoing academic year; c) Holders of a diploma higher than the required diploma and who fulfill the age requirements can write the examination.
III- Trunk B: Economics Option
a) Be born after 31 December 1993 (be at most 24 years of age in 2018);
