Mindful of the Constitution; Vu la Constitution ; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Mindful of Order N°42/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 22 February 1990 to establish the special civil status registration centre of Awanda in Mvengue Sub-Division, Océan Division; Vu l'arrêté n°42/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 22 février 1990 portant création du centre spécial d'état civil d'Awanda dans l'Arrondissement de Mvengue , Département de l'Océan ; Considering transmission No.299/L/L11/SP of 29 July 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Ocean, Considérant la transmission n°299/L/L11/SP du 29 juillet 2025 du Préfet du Département de l'Océan,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr. Abena Sylvestre is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed civil status Registrar of Awanda secondary civil status registration centre, in Mvengue Council, Océan Division, for a renewable five (05) years term. Article 1. - Monsieur ABENA Sylvestre est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier d'état civil du centre d'état civil secondaire d'Awanda, dans la Commune de Mvengue, Département de l'Océan, pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024. Article 2.- L'intéressé devra prêter serment avant sa prise de service, conformément aux articles 95, 96 et 97 de la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 susvisée.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 3.- Il aura droit aux avantages de toute nature prévus par la réglementation en vigueur.
