RésuméCette note de service du Ministère des Finances du Cameroun fixe les dates de clôture des opérations d'engagement et d'autorisation de paiement pour l'exercice 2021. La clôture des engagements est fixée au 15 novembre 2021, celle des autorisations de paiement au 31 décembre 2021, avec une période complémentaire jusqu'au 31 janvier 2022. Elle s'adresse aux contrôleurs financiers et comptables publics. La note vise à garantir une rationalité accrue dans l'exécution des budgets publics.

Subject: Closure of commitment and payment authorization operations on the budgets of the State and other public entities on the account of the 2021 fiscal year

Within the framework of the 2021 year-end operations, as provided for by the joint provisions of Law N° 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 on the financial regime of the State and other public entities in its article 62(2), and Circular N° 0000242/C/MINFI of December 30, 2020 on the instructions relating to the execution of the finance laws, the monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the State and other public entities in its points 3, 4 and 5,

I have the honour to inform you that, except in exceptional circumstances, the closure of budget commitments and payment authorization operations on the budget of the State and other public entities, for the 2021 fiscal year are fixed as follows:

To this end, I invite you to sensitize vote holders and to make arrangements in conjunction with the mission teams committed for this purpose, to ensure compliance with this budget regulatory measure that aims at guaranteeing greater rationality in the execution of public budgets.

I attach utmost importance to the strict implementation of the requirements of this service note./-
