The Annual Conference of Heads of Central, Devolved and External Services of the Ministry of Finance will be held on Friday, 3 February 2023 at the Yaoundé Conference Centre on the theme: "Strengthening budgetary regulation as a lever of economic recovery in 2023".
This theme aims to mobilize the staff of the Ministry of Finance around the imperative of strengthening budgetary regulation efforts in order to support the recovery of the national economy in 2023.
In addition to a presentation on the innovations of the circular on the execution of the State budget, the deliberations provide for two panels led by the heads of the operational structures, including one on "Budgetary regulation as determinant of the effective management of the State's cash flow" and the other on "tax policy in the light of economic recovery". At the end of the said deliberations, the Minister will indicate to his collaborators the main orientations relating to the implementation of the 2023 Annual Work Plan of the Ministry of Finance.
The day will end with a session of presentation of New Year wishes to the Minister of Finance, Louis Paul MOTAZE and to the Minister Delegate YAOUBA Abdoulaye.
