CIRCULAR LETTER

Closing of commitment and payment order operations for the 2020 financial year.
In conformity with the provisions of law N°2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to the Fiscal Regime of the State and other Public Entities as specified in its article 62(2),
I write to inform you that, except in exceptional circumstances, the closing of commitment and payment order operations on the budget of the State for the 2020 fiscal year is fixed as follows:
- Monday 30 November 2020, closing of commitment operations;
- Thursday 31 December 2020, closing of payment order operations;
- Sunday 31 January 2021, closing of the additional accounting period operations and the 2020 fiscal year.
In this regard, the personnel of my Ministerial Department shall be deployed to your respective structures to proceed with the effective closure of the said operations as well as collection of information on the level of execution of the budget.
Consequently, I will appreciate the necessary appropriate measures you would want to take at your respective spheres of competence, to ensure the success of this mission within the stipulated timeframe.
