THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT HEREBY ANNOUNCES:
The competitive entrance examination into the first year of the Cycle of Senior Technicians in Rural Engineering (STRE) for the 2020/2021 academic year is scheduled to take place on the 30th of September 2020,
For the Rural Equipment and Development Specialization Training School (REDSTS) KUMBA, the Technical School of Agriculture (TSA) GAROUA and the International Centre of Polytechnics Studies (CIEPO) OBALA;
At the following Centres: RCA BAMBILI, EBOLOWA and MAROUA; NCC BAMENDA and EBOLOWA; CDSTS GUIDER, KUMBA and SANTA; REDSTS KUMBA; TSA ABONG-MBANG, BAFANG, BAMBILI, DIBOMBARI, EBOLOWA, GAROUA, MAROUA, NKAMBE, SANGMELIMA; CIEPO, IAO; ISSAEER; ISTAO; DOUALA, NGAOUNDERE and YAOUNDE.
I - TRAINING OFFER
The duration of training is two (02) years and students will obtain the Diploma of Senior Technician in Rural Engineering, issued by MINADER, in the following specialisations:
- Water Resources Management (WRM);
- Rural Constructions (RC).
In addition, students can also sit for the Higher National Diploma examination and obtain a Higher National Diploma in Rural Engineering issued by MINESUP.

# III - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
This competitive entrance examination will take place in one session, for external candidates. Candidates should be of Cameroonian nationality, holder of the GCE A-Levels in at least two scientific papers or any equivalent diploma.
Students who sat for the 2020 national examination and are awaiting results can register for the exam and are authorized to sit for the exam while awaiting their certificates. However, these students will need to present their acceptance slips so as to justify that they sat for the GCE A Levels examination this year, and will have to complete their documents immediately after the publication of the G.C.E results. Their final admission will depend on their success in the required diploma.
Foreign candidates and candidates from enterprises, decentralized territorial services, and those from other non-governmental organisations could, within the available number of places, be admitted after a study of their files.
Registration for the competitive entrance examination will be done by deposition of a file in an examination centre.
