OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 01 /AONO/C-DDG/SG/SIGAMP/CIPMP-DDG /2022 OF THE 24th/02/2026 FOR THE EXECUTION OF WORK TO EXTEND THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR A DRINKING WATER SUPPLY EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC PUMP IN FAMLA II (LOT 1); AND THE REHABILITATION WORK ON A MINI DRINKING WATER SUPPLY EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC ENERGY PUMP IN MBIENG (LOT 2) IN THE DEMDENG COUNCIL, DJEBEM SUBDIVISION, KOUNG-KHI DIVISION, WEST REGION (IN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE).

The Mayor of Demdeng council, Contractive Authority, launches on behalf of the Municipality of Demdeng in Koung-Khi, a National Open Call for Tenders for the realization of the above-mentioned operations.

1. Object:

Within the frame work of the execution of the Public Investment Budget financial year 2026, The Mayor of Demdeng council, Contractive Authority, launches on behalf of the Municipality of Demdeng an open National Invitation to tender for THE EXECUTION OF WORK TO EXTEND THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR A DRINKING WATER SUPPLY EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC PUMP IN FAMLA II (LOT I) and THE REHABILITATION WORK ON A MINI DRINKING WATER SUPPLY EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC ENERGY PUMP IN MBIENG (LOT 2).

1. Consistency of the work:

The works subject of this contract includes:

LOT I - Site installation and preparatory works; - Rehabilitation work on the drainage system; - Rehabilitation of the control cabine and connection to the existing network; - Distribution network; - Construction of standpipes; - Various services.

LOT II - Site installation and preparatory works; - Resource mobilisation;; - Drainage equipment and electrical energy supply; - Discharge network; - Distribution network; - Various services.

1. Participation:

Participation in this Bidding Document is open on equal terms to all Cameroonian companies operating in the areas of drinking water supply.

# 4. Allotment

The work, subject of this Call for Tenders, will be carried out in two (02) lots as follows:

# 5. Funding:

The services, subject of this Call for Tenders, are financed by the Public Investment Budget of the MINEE for 2026 for an amount of 70 000,000 (Seventy million) FCFA including tax as follows (Lot I), and 15 000 000 (Fifteen millions) FCFA including tax as follows (Lot II).

# 6. Execution deadline:

The execution period is Three (03) months for each lot, from the date of notification of the Service Order to start the work.

# 7. Beneficiary administration of the operations:

The beneficiary administration is Demdeng council (Koung-Khi Division); Owner.
