Mindful of the law No. 2019/024 of 24 December 2019 bill to institute the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities.
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/366 of June 2018 to Institute the Public Contracts Code;
Considering Ministerial Decision No.00000119/CAP/MINMAP of 26th March 2024 bearing on the appointment of a president of the Idenau council internal tender board.
Considering Tender notice No. 02/ONIT/IC/FAKO/ICITB/PIB2026 of 06/02/2026 for the Concreting Of The Road From Mr Chi Dieudonne To GTHS Bakingili
Considering Tenders’ Board session of 12th March 2026 and award proposal made on the 01 April 2026
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS
Article 1: That the under mentioned enterprise has been retained as winner:
