1. Objet de l'Appel d'Offres
Le présent appel d'Offre concerne l'acquisition du matériel en vue de la réhabilitation du câblage des sites de l'Hôtel de Ville, Youpwe, Voirie Municipale, Cercle Municipal ; ceci dans le but d'assurer un suivi continu et d'optimiser également les performances du réseau, garantissant une connectivité rapide et stable pour toutes les opérations de la CUD.
2. Consistance des prestations
Les prestations objet de la présente consultation comprennent : la fourniture/installation/mise en service et l'entretien pendant la période de garantie des équipements informatiques et du câblage des bâtiments objet du présent appel d'offre
3. Allotissement
Le présent appel d'offres comporte un seul lot. Les fournitures y afférentes s'exécuteront en une tranche.
4. Coût prévisionnel
Le coût prévisionnel de l'opération est de 127 584 500 (Cent vingt-sept millions cinq cent quatre-vingt-quatre mille cinq cents) FCFA Toutes Taxes Comprises

1. Subject of the invitation to tender
This call for tender concerns the acquisition of equipment for the rehabilitation of cabling at City Hall, Youpwe, Municipal Roads and Municipal Circle sites, with the aim of ensuring continuous monitoring and optimizing network performance, guaranteeing fast, stable connectivity for all CUD operations.services for staff and senior municipal councilors.
2. Nature of Services
The services covered by this consultation include the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance during the warranty period of the IT equipment and cabling for the buildings subject to this call for tenders.
3. Allotment
This invitation to tender involves a single lot. The related supplies will be carried out in one tranche.
4. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation is 124,584,500 (One hundred and twenty-seven million five hundred and eighty-four thousand five hundred) FCFA All Taxes Included.
