OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 06/ONIT/C-DDG/SG/SIGAMP/CIPMP-DDG/2026 OF THE 26th/03/2026 FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A DUMP TRUCK FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF DEMDENG IN DEMDENG COUNCIL, KOUNG-KHI DIVISION, WEST REGION (UNDER EMERGENCY PROCEDURE).

The Mayor of Demdeng council, Contracting Authority, is launching an Open National Call for Tenders for the acquisition of a dump truck for the municipality of Demdeng.
- Consistency of services
These services are mentioned in document 5 of the tender.
- Execution deadlines
The maximum completion time for the services is Three months (90 days).
- Lotting
The works are divided into a single lot as defined below:
- Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation is 80 000 000 (Eighty millions) CFA.
- Participation and origin
Participation is open on equal terms to all public works companies governed by Cameroonian law and established in Cameroon.
- Funding
The works covered by this Invitation to Tender are financed by the Budget of the MINDDEVEL-2026.
- Provisional guarantee
Each bidder must include with their administrative documents a bid security deposit drawn up according to the model indicated in the Tender Documents and in the amount of 800 000 (Eight hundred thousand) CFA francs, issued by one of the financial institutions approved by the Minister in charge of Finance.
The provisional guarantee will be automatically released no later than 30 days after the expiry of the offer validity period for unsuccessful bidders. If the bidder is awarded the contract, the provisional guarantee will be released after the final guarantee has been established.

# 10. Acquisition of the Tender Documents
Tender documents may be consulted and collected during working hours from the date of publication of this notice at the Demdeng council office upon presentation of the original of a receipt for payment to the municipal revenue of the said council of a non-refundable sum of 90 000 (Ninety thousand) CFA francs.
# 11. Submission of bids
Each offer, written in French or English, in seven (07) copies, including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the Demdeng council office no later than 22nd/04/2026 at 10 AM local time and must bear the following inscription:
"OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 04 /ONIT/ C-DDG/SG/SIGAMP/CIPMP-DDG/2026 OF THE 04/03/2026 OF THE 04TH/03/2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DJEBEM MUNICIPAL STADIUM, IN DEMDENG COUNCIL, KOUNG-KHI DIVISION, WEST REGION, UNDER EMERGENCY PROCEDURE (PHASE I).
ONLY TO BE OPENED DURING THE BALL COUNTING SESSION"
