To launch a competitive entrance examination for admission into the fourth year of the Institute of Fine Arts of the University of Douala at Nkongsamba, and fixing the number of places offered for the 2024/2025 academic year.

THE MINISTER OF STATE, MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION:

Mindful of The constitution;

Mindful of Law N° 2001/005 of 16 April 2001 bearing on Higher Education Orientation;

Mindful of Decree N° 2018/190 of 02 March 2018 to amend and complete some provisions of Decree N°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 on the organization of the government;

Mindful of Decree N°2011/410 of 09 December 2011 to appoint Members of Government;

Mindful of Decree N° 2018/191 of 04 January 2019 to reshuffle the Government;

Mindful of Decree N° 93/026 of 19 January 1993, to create Universities;

Mindful of Decree N° 2005/342 of 10 September 2005 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree N° 93/027 of 19 January 1993, laying down common provisions for Universities;

Mindful of Decree N° 2005/383 of 17 October 2005 to lay down the Financial Regulations Applicable to Universities;

Mindful of Decree N° 93/030 of 19 January 1993 to lay down the administrative and academic Organization of the University of Douala;

Mindful of Decree N° 93/035 of 19 January 1993 to grant Special Status to the Higher Education Staff;

Mindful of Decree N°2015/398 of 15 September 2015, to appoint Rectors in some State Universities;

Mindful of Order n° 18240028/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of February 14, 2024 fixing the calendar for the competitive entrance examinations into the various Schools of State Universities and Schools under academic supervision of MINESUP, for the 2024/2025 academic year;

And on the proposal of the Rector of the University of Douala;

HEREBY ANNOUNCES:

Article 1: A competitive entrance examination for the admission of one hundred and fifty (150) students into the 4th year of the Institute of Fine Arts of the University of Douala at Nkongsamba for the 2024/2025 academic year has been launched and will take place on 14th September 2024.

Article 2: The entrance examination, referred to in Article 1 above, is open to Cameroonians of both sexes, as well as to foreign candidates resident in Cameroon, within the limits of available places.
