NOTICE : The Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP), through the National Observatory of Careers for Higher Education Graduates (OMDES), in partnership with Cameroon Telecommunications (CAMTEL), hereby launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for one hundred and fifteen (115) positions, comprising one hundred and five (105) academic internships and ten (10) professional internships, distributed across the ten (10) regions of Cameroon for the 2026–2027 academic year.
I. BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
In the framework of the implementation of the Strategic Partnership Convention signed on 03 June 2026 between the Ministry of Higher Education and CAMTEL, Cameroon's historical telecommunications operator, the OMDES is launching the first nationwide wave of academic and professional internships.
This initiative is part of MINESUP's policy to improve the employability of higher education graduates, professionalise academic curricula, and develop the University-Enterprise model in Cameroon. It offers students and graduates of higher education institutions — particularly those from traditional university faculties — a concrete immersion in the realities of the professional world.
As an integrated company operating across such varied domains as technology, law, communication, finance, human resources, logistics and documentation, CAMTEL provides an ideal setting to accommodate the wide range of profiles produced by our universities.
