Vu le Décret N° 2013/0171/PM du 14 février 2013 fixant les modalités de réalisation des études d'impact environnemental et social;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/0171/PM of 14 February 2013 to lay down terms and conditions for conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments;
Vu l'Arrêté N° 001/MINEPDED du 08 février 2016 fixant les différentes catégories d'opérations dont la réalisation est soumise à une évaluation environnementale stratégique ou à une étude d'impact environnemental et social;
Mindful of Order No. 00001/MINEPDED of 8 February 2016 to lay down the various categories of operations whose implementation is subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment or an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment;

LE MINISTERE DE L'AGRICULTURE ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT RURAL (MINADER), B.P. : YAOUNDE - CAMEROUN, a respecté la réglementation en matière pour le projet d'aménagement des terres et d'installation des grands producteurs dans la plaine centrale agro parc (le long du corridor Batchenga-Ntui-Yoko-Tibati-Ngaoundéré), au titre foncier 1085 au lieu-dit Dir 2.
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (MINADER), P.O. Box: YAOUNDE-CAMEROON, has complied with the regulations in the area of environmental and social impact assessment for the land development and large-scale farmer settlement project in the central agricultural plain (along the Batchenga-Ntui-Yoko-Tibati-Ngaoundéré corridor), on the land title 1085 at the place known as Dir 2.
Au vu du Plan de Gestion Environnementale et Sociale de ladite étude, il est délivré le présent Certificat de Conformité Environnementale pour servir et valoir ce que de droit.
Based on the Environmental and Social Management Plan of the said impact assessment, this Certificate of Environment is issued to serve wherever needs arises.
