Vu la Constitution ; Vu le Décret n°94/199 du 07 octobre 1994 portant Statut Général de la Fonction Publique de l'Etat, modifié et complété par le Décret n°2000/287 du 12 octobre 2000 ; Vu le Décret n°2005/118 du 15 avril 2005 portant organisation du Ministère de l'Agriculture et du Développement Rural ; Vu le Décret n° 2012/079 du 09 mars 2012 portant régime de la déconcentration de la gestion des personnels de l'Etat et de la solde ; Vu le Décret n°2019/002 du 04 janvier 2019 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Considérant les nécessités de service ; Considérant les demandes des intéressés.
Mindful of the Constitution ; Mindful of Decree No. 94/199 of 07 October 1994 on the General Statute of the State Public Service, amended and complete by Decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000 ; Mindful of Decree No. 2005/118 of 15 April 2005 on the organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/079 of 09 March 2012 on the regime for the deconcentration of the management of State personnel and the payroll ; Mindful of Decree No.2019/079 of 04 January 2019 on the reaorganization of the Government ; Considering the necessities of service ; Considering the requests of concerned persons.
