HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: That the under mentioned enterprise have been retained as winner:

Article 3: That, the winner is hereby invited to contact the Lord Mayor of Muyuka Council within 24 hours to collect his notification letter. Consequently, all unsuccessful bidders are hereby given 15 days to withdraw their bids from the Secretariat of the Muyuka Council.
