APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COMMISSION IN CHARGE OF THE BAR PRESIDENT'S NEWSLETTER AND SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS OF THE CAMEROON BAR ASSOCIATION

THE PRESIDENT OF THE CAMEROON BAR ASSOCIATION,

MINDFUL of Law No. 90/059 of the 19th of December, 1990 to organize Practice at the Bar;

MINDFUL of Decision N°41/DPJ/SG/MJ of 12 April 2005 on the Internal Regulations of the Cameroon Bar Association;

MINDFUL of the Proceedings of the General Assembly of the Cameroon Bar Association of 19th and 20th June 2022;

MINDFUL of the General Directives of the Bar President on the functioning of the Bar Council;

MINDFUL of the necessity of service;

DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: Functioning under the supervision of the Bar Secretary, the Commission in charge of the Bar President’s Newsletter and Scientific Publications of the Cameroon Bar Association shall:

• Ensure the quarterly publication of the “THE BAR PRESIDENT’S NEWSLETTER”.

• Ensure the regular publication of commentaries on case law.
• Animate the Bar website and coordinate publications on it.
• Ensure the conformity of scientific publications by Advocates on the web and/or social media platforms to the rules and regulations in force.

Article 2: From the date of signature of the present Decision, the following Advocates are appointed to the Commission in charge of the Bar President’s Newsletter and Scientific Publications:
