HEREBY ISSUE THE FOLLOWING PRESS RELEASE :
A request for applications is hereby made for the entrance into level 1 of the Master Degree of the Advanced Programme for Specialization in Public Finance, for the 2020/2021 academic year, at unique centre of Yaounde.
This request for applications is for the following courses, pursuant to the required number of candidates as specified below:
I. Face-to-Face Training:
- National Economy and Public Management: 25 candidates;
- Taxation, Finance and Public Accounting: 25 candidates;
- Territorial Governance and Local Public Finances: 25 candidates;
- Public Contracts and Public-Private Partnerships: 25 candidates;
- Auditing and Control: 25 candidates.
II. Distance Training:
- National Economy and Public Management: 10 candidates;
- Taxation, Finance and Public Accounting: 10 candidates;
- Territorial Governance and Local Public Finances: 10 candidates;
- Public Contracts and Public-Private Partnerships: 10 candidates;
- Auditing and Control: 10 candidates.
A. ) Conditions to be fulfilled:
Applicants should be of both sexes and fulfilling the following requirements:
- be holders of a university certificate of GCE A/L +3 years of higher education in economics, management, law and other related fields of study; and
- in evidence at least a 5- (five-) year-work experience within any service or institution working directly in the field of Public Finance.

NB: Any authenticated prior learning and work experience may prevail depending on their consistency with the required training and professional background of any candidate.
B.) Compilation of Candidate’s File:
Any candidate’s properly compiled file should be submitted in the admission office of PSSFP in Yaoundé, latest 27th November 2020 at 03:30 p.m. It is strongly recommended that every candidate’s file encompass the following documents:
- one registration form downloadable from the following address: http://www.pfinancespubliques.org;
- one certified true copy of the required original certificate, of not more than three months;
- one certified true copy of the candidate’s birth certificate;
- bachelor’s degree cycle copies of transcript duly signed by the relevant authorities;
- one copy of a detailed curriculum vitae;
- one copy of a letter of motivation;
- a certificate of service and an authorization from the employer are required, where need be;
- a candidate’s self-addressed large envelope that is stamped at the stipulated postal charges; and
