RésuméCe décret présidentiel nomme M. Asongtia Valentine Foreke au poste d'Inspecteur général au ministère des Affaires sociales du Cameroun, en remplacement de M. Orok Samuel Otang, admis à la retraite. La nomination prend effet à la date de signature du décret. Le décret prévoit les avantages réglementaires pour le nouvel inspecteur et ordonne sa publication au Journal officiel en français et en anglais.

DECREE No. 2019/626 OF 19 NOV 2019 to appoint an official at the Ministry of Social Affairs

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

MINDFUL of the Constitution;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2017/383 of 18 July 2017 to organize the Ministry of Social Affairs,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The undermentioned person is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following post at the Ministry of Social Affairs:

# GENERAL INSPECTORATE

Inspector General: Mr. Asongtia Valentine Foreke, Senior Social Welfare Officer, Sce. No. 550 295-Q previously West Regional Delegate of Social Affairs, in replacement of Mr. Orok Samuel Otang, who has been placed on retirement.

Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.

Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
