REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2024/402 OF 17 OCT 2024 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with Eksport Finance Norway, a loan agreement for an amount of 74.8 million euros, or approximately 49.08 billion CFA francs, to finance the Project to Rehabilitate and Extend the Drinking Water Supply Station at Japoma (Douala)
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/019 of 19 December 2023: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2024 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2024/001 of 20 June 2024;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with Eksport Finance Norway, a loan agreement for an amount of 74.8 million euros, or approximately 49.08 billion CFA francs, to finance the Project to Rehabilitate and Extend the Drinking Water Supply Station at Japoma (Douala)
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
