DECREE N° 2024/539 OF 07 NOV 2024 to open a Consulate General of the Republic of Cameroon in Guangzhou (People's Republic of China).-
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
MINDFUL of the Constitution; MINDFUL of Decree n° 87/1198 of 7 September 1987 to organize the Permanent External Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; MINDFUL of Decree n° 2013/112 of 22 April 2013 to organize the Ministry of External Relations,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. - From the date of signature of this decree, a General Consulate of the Republic of Cameroon is opened in Guangzhou, in the People's Republic of China.
ARTICLE 2. - The Consulate General of the Republic of Cameroon in Guangzhou shall be under the jurisdiction of the Cameroon Embassy in the People's Republic of China.
ARTICLE 3. - The jurisdiction of the Consulate General of the Republic of Cameroon in Guangzhou covers the following Chinese Provinces: Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi and Fujian.
ARTICLE 4. - This Decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in French and English. /-
