DECREE No. 2024/543 OF 11 NOV 2024 to appoint an Inspector-General in the Ministry of Environment, Protection of Nature and Sustainable Development
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/431 of 1 October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Environment, Protection of Nature and Sustainable Development,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mrs Eloundou, née Beyala Joséphine Thérèse Babette, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 561 096-P, previously Technical Adviser No. 1 in the Ministry of Environment, Protection of Nature and Sustainable Development, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Inspector-General, in replacement of Mr Ndongo Barthélémy.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
