REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 192.8 million, equivalent to approximately CFAF 121.6 billion, for the financing of the Program-for-Results (PforR): Improving Performance, Accountability and Transparency (IMPACT) in Cameroon.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
