to order the publication in the Official Gazette of the text of loan Agreement IDA No. 7136-CM for an amount of EUR 206.1 million, or approximately CFAF 135 billion, concluded on 23 July 2024 between the Republic of Cameroon and the International Development Association (IDA), to finance the revised Douala Urban Mobility Project (PMUD)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Ordinance No. 72/11 of 26 August 1972 relating to the publication of laws, ordinances, decrees and statutory instruments;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/019 of 19 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2024 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2024/001 of 20 June 2024;
Mindful of Decree No. 77/4 of 6 January 1977 to regulate the publication of documents in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cameroon;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2024/307 of 22 July 2024 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a credit Agreement for an amount of USD 217.1 million, equivalent to CFAF 135 billion, to finance the revised Douala Urban Mobility Project (PMUD),
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The publication in the Official Gazette of the text of loan Agreement IDA No. 7136-CM for an amount of EUR 206.1 million, or approximately CFAF 135 billion, concluded on 23 July 2024 between the Republic of Cameroon and the International Development Association (IDA), to finance the revised Douala Urban Mobility Project (PMUD), is ordered.
Article 2: This Decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
