THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of Decree No. 2025/455 of 10 September 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), an instalment sale Financing Agreement for an amount of EUR 18.4 million, or approximately CFAF 12.05 billion, for the execution of the basic education support Project in Cameroon (PAEBC),

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: An instalment sale Financing Agreement for an amount of EUR 18.4 million, or approximately CFAF 12.05 billion, concluded on 9 November 2025 between the Republic of Cameroon and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), for the execution of the basic education support Project in Cameroon (PAEBC), is ratified.

Article 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
