THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution, Mindful of Ordinance No.81/002 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/011 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Considering transmission, No 014/L/J12/SAAJP of 16th january 2023 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Akono; Considering service needs,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. A secondary civil status registration centre is hereby established in Mbankomo Sub-division, Mefou and Akono Division, whose head office and area of jurisdiction shall be as follows:

Article 2. The area of jurisdiction of the existing secondary centres shall be modified accordingly. Article 3. The Senior Divisional Officer of Mefou and Akono Division is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
