Mindful of The Constitution ; Mindful of The CEMAC Customs Code ; Mindful of Regulation N° 02/18/CEMAC/UMAC/CM of 21 December 2018 regulating foreign exchange within CEMAC ; Mindful of Law N° 2018/022 of 11 December 2018: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2019 financial year ; Mindful of Decree N° 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree N° 2018/190 of 2 March 2018 ; Mindful of Decree N° 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 on Government reshuffle ; Mindful of Decree N° 2013/066 of 28 February 2013 to organize the Ministry of Finance.
