Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 000239/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL of 12th december 2019 to lay down the establishment of the Secondary Civil Status of Mbomba in Mboanz Sub-Division, Upper-Nyong Division ; Considering Letter No 136/L/B13/A2 of 28th march 2023 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Hupper-Nyong Division ; Considering service needs, HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté N°000239/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL du 12 décembre 2019 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Mbomba dans l'Arrondissement de Mboanz Département du Haut-Nyong ; Considérant la lettre n°136/L/B13/A2 du 28 mars 2023 du Préfet du Département du Haut-Nyong ; Considérant les nécessités de service, ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr OWOUNDI MOSSOU Alexis is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Mbomba Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Mboanz Sub-Division, Upper-Nyong Division. Article 2. Mr OWOUNDI MOSSOU Alexis shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011.
