THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No.81/002 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/011 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Considering transmission No 203/L/K45/A1 of the 28th october 2020 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Kani Division; Considering service needs,
Vu La Constitution ; Vu L’ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l’état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l’état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu Le décret n° 87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d’état civil ; Vu Le décret n° 2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu Le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Considérant la transmission n°203/L/K45/A1 du 28 octobre 2020, du Préfet du Département du Mayo-Kani; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. A secondary civil status registration centre is hereby established in Guidiguis Sub-division, Mayo-Kani Division, whose head office and area of jurisdiction shall be as follows: Article 1.- Il est créé dans l’Arrondissement de Guidiguis, Département du Mayo-Kani, un centre d’état civil secondaire dont le siège et le ressort territorial sont fixés ainsi qu’il suit :

Article 2. The area of jurisdiction of the existing secondary centres shall be modified accordingly. Article 2.- Sont modifiés en conséquence, les ressorts territoriaux des centres secondaires existants.
Article 3. The Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-kani Division is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
