Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No 81/002 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 03/A/MINAT/DAP/SAD/2 of 22nd February 1972 to lay down the establishment of the Special Secondary Civil Status of Songueland in Dizangue Sub-Division, Sanaga Maritime Division;
Vu la Constitution ; Vu l'ordonnance n°81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté n°03/A/MINAT/DAP/SAD/2 du 22 février 1972 portant création du Centre d'état civil secondaire de Songueland dans l'Arrondissement de Dizangue, Département du Sanaga Maritime ;
Considering Letter, N° 211/L/C18/A2 of 4th April 2024 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Sanaga-Maritime Division; Considering service needs,
Considérant la lettre N° 211/L/C18/A2 du 04 avril 2024, du Préfet du Département de la Sanaga-Maritime; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1.- Mr. EPOUNE Joseph Marie is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed officer of Songueland secondary civil status registration centre in Dizangue Sub-Division, Sanaga-Maritime Division. Article 1.- Monsieur EPOUNE Joseph Marie est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, nommé officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Songueland dans l'Arrondissement de Dizangue, Département de la Sanaga-Maritime.
