THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29th June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6th May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15th October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17th August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9th December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2nd March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2nd March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order N°030/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI of 26th January 1990 to lay down the establishment of special Civil Status Registration Centers in Haut-Nkam division;
Vu la Constitution ; Vu l'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu l'arrêté n°030/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECI du 26 janvier 1990 portant création des centres spéciaux d'état civil dans l'Arrondissement dans le département du Haut-Nkam ;
Considering Letter No 517/L/F33/SAAJP of 30th September 2024 of the Senior Divisional Officer of Haut-Nkam division; Considering service needs,
Considérant la lettre n°517/L/F33/SAAJP du 30 septembre 2024 du Préfet du Département du Haut-Nkam ; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr TSIMEU Raymond is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Balafi Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre, in Bandja Sub-Division, Haut-Nkam Division.
Article 1.- Monsieur TSIMEU Raymond est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du Centre d'état civil secondaire de Balafi, Arrondissement de Bandja, Département du Haut-Nkam.
