ORDER No./ ARRETE N° 000122 /O/A/MINDDEVEL/SG/DSL of/du 05 NOV 2024 To establish a secondary civil status registration center of Koum-Yetotan, in Meyomessala Sub-Division, Dja and Lobo Division. Portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Koum-Yetotan dans l'Arrondissement de Meyomessala, Département du Dja et Lobo.
THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No.81/002 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/011 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development;
Vu la Constitution ; Vu l'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; Vu le décret n° 87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; Vu le décret n° 2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ;
Considering transmission No 362/L/L01/A1 of 27th july 2023 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Dja and Lobo; Considering service needs,
Considérant la transmission n°362/L/L01/A1 du 27 juillet 2023, du Préfet du Département du Dja et Lobo ; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARRETE :
Article 1. A secondary civil status registration center is hereby established in Meyomessala Sub-division, Dja and Lobo Division, whose head office and area of jurisdiction shall be as follows:
Article 1.- Il est créé dans l'Arrondissement de Meyomessala, Département du Dja et Lobo, un centre d'état civil secondaire dont le siège et le ressort territorial sont fixés ainsi qu'il suit :

Article 2. The area of jurisdiction of the existing secondary centers shall be modified accordingly
