Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.96/A/ME/ATF/DAP of 30 June 1969 to establish the special civil status registration centre in Dja et Lobo Division; Considering transmission n°209/L/L01/SDL of 10 July 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°96/A/ME/ATF/DAP du 30 juin 1969 portant création des centre spéciaux d'état civil dans le Département du Dja et Lobo ; Considérant la transmission n°209/L/L01/SDL du 10 juillet 2025 du Préfet du Département du Dja-et-Lobo,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr Ondoua Akoa Jean Bertrand is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Mengbwa secondary civil status registration centre, in Zoétélé Council, Dja et Lobo Division, for a renewable five (05) years term.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Dja et Lobo is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
