THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution ; Mindful of Ordinance No.81/002 of 29 June 1981,to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by law No. 2011/011 of 06 May 2011 ; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centres ; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree n° 2018/190 of 2 march 2018 ; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development ; Considering transmission No. 181/2020/L/C19/SP of 30 july 2020 from the Senior Divisional Officer for the Wouri Division ; Considering service needs,
ORDERS:
Article 1 A secondary civil status registration centre is established in Douala 1er Sub-division, Wouri Division, whose head office and area of jurisdiction shall be as follows:

Article 3.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Wouri Division is responsible for implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French./L

THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Ordinance No 81/02 of 29 June 1981 amended and supplemented by law No 2011/011 of 06 May 2011 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons;
Mindful of Decree No 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions for the setting up and functioning of special civil status registries;
Mindful of Decree No 2011/408 of 09 August 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplement by Decree No 2018/190 of 02 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No 2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Cabinet;
Considering Memo, No n° 594/L/C18/SASC of 24 april 2020 from the Senior Divisional Officer for the Sanaga-Maritime Division;
Considering the necessity of service,
