Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 111/1/ME/ATF/DAP of 01 July 1969 to lay down the establishment of the Secondary Civil Status Registration Center of Bangang-Fokam, in Bangangté Sub-division, Ndé Division; Considering Letter, No 227/L/F36/A1/SAAJP of 17 October 2023 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Ndé Division; Considering service needs,
VU La Constitution ; VU L'ordonnance n° 81/002 du 29 juin 1981, portant organisation de l'état civil et diverses dispositions relatives à l'état des personnes physiques, modifiée et complétée par la loi n° 2011/011 du 06 mai 2011 ; VU le décret n°77/410 du 15 octobre 1977 portant revalorisation de l'indemnité des officiers et secrétaires des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; VU le décret n°87/1115 du 17 août 1987 fixant les modalités de création et de fonctionnement des centres spéciaux d'état civil ; VU le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; VU le décret n° 2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; VU L'arrêté n°111/1/ME/ATF/DAP du 01 Juillet 1969 portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Bangang-Fokam dans l'Arrondissement de Bangangté, Département du Ndé ; Considérant la lettre n°227/LF36/A1/SAAJP du 17 Octobre 2023 du Préfet du Département du Ndé ; Considérant les nécessités de service,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARRETE :
Article 1. Mr KOUATCHOU YETENDJE Jules is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Bangang-Fokam Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Bangangté, SubDivision, Ndé Division.
Article 1.- Monsieur KOUATCHOU YETENDJE Jules est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, nommé Officier du Centre d'état civil secondaire de Bangang-Fokam, Arrondissement de Bangangté Département du Ndé.
