REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
ORDER N° 032 /CAB/PM OF 03 AVR 2020
To appoint the National Coordinator of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions.
THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree n° 92/089 of May 04, 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree n° 95/145 of August 04, 1995;
Mindful of Decree n° 2011/408 of December 09, 2011 to organise the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree n° 2018/190 of March 02, 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/001 of 04 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government;
Mindful of Decree No. 2020/136 of March 23, 2020 to lay down the establishment, organisation and functioning of the Committee to follow up the implementation of the recommendations of the Major National Dialogue.
Mindful Of order N° 031 /CAB/PM of 03 AVR 2020 to lay down the organic framework for the implementation of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions.
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1 - Mr TASONG NJUKANG Paul is with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed National Coordinator of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions.
Article 2 – The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3 – The present order shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
