to announce a training competitive examination to recruit 30 (thirty) student Assistant Statistical Engineers into the "Centred'Appui aux Ecoles de StatistiqueAfricaines (C.A.P.E.S.A)" for the 2017 session.
THE MINISTER OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM.
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree No. 75/780 of 18 December 1975 to lay down the special rules and regulations of the corps of the Statistics civil servants;
Mindful of decree No. 94/199 of 7 October 1994 to lay down the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000;
Mindful of decree No. 2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examination;
Mindful of decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government;
Mindful of decree No. 2011/410 of 9 December 2011 to form the Government;
Mindful of decree No. 2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: A training competitive examination to recruit 30 (thirty) student Assistant Statistical Engineers into the Centre d'Appui aux Ecoles de StatistiqueAfricaines (C.A.P.E.S.A) has been announced for the 2017 financial year.
- The written part of the said examination shall take place on 10 and 11 April 2017 in Yaoundé (ISSEA), the only examination centre.
Article 2: The examination shall be open to all Cameroonians of both sexes who fulfill the following conditions:
A - FOR EXTERNAL CANDIDATES
I - Trunk A
a) Be born after 31 December 1994 (be at most 22 years of age in 2017); b) Be holder of the Scientific Baccalaureat.
II - Trunk B: Mathematics Option
a) Be born after 31 December 1992 (be at most 24 years of age in 2017); b) Be holder of a DEUG in Mathematics.
III - Trunk B: Economics Option
a) Be born after 31 December 1992 (be at most 24 years of age in 2017); b) Be holder of a DEUG in Economic Sciences.
B - FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES
a) Be a Statistical Technician and a civil servant; b) Be born after 31 December 1976 (be at most 40 years of age in 2017); c) Show proof of at least two years working experience in that capacity by 1st January 2017.
Article 3: Candidates shall compile two complete application files and submit them, against a receipt, at the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, Department of State Human Resources Development, not later than 24 March 2017. The files shall comprise the following documents:
