Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree n° 78/484 of 9 November 1978 to lay down common provisions applicable to State employees governed by the Labour Code;
Mindful of decree n° 80/275 of 18 July 1980 to lay down the rules and regulations of Researchers;
Mindful of decree n° 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, modified and supplemented by decree n° 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of decree n° 2011/410 of 9 December 2011 to form the Government;
Mindful of decree n° 2012/383 of 14 September 2012 to organize the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation;
Mindful of decree n° 2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of decree n° 2015/434 of 2 October 2015 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of decree n° 2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to lay down the general system of Government competitive examinations;
Mindful of order n° 99/0081/MINESUP/DDES of 23 December 1999 to organize the Doctorate Degree Cycle or Doctor of Phylosophy (Ph.D) in Cameroon State Universities;
HEREBY ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- This order is a call for applications for the recruitment of 150 (one hundred and fifty) Researchers for the Services, Institutes and Bodies over which the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation exercises technical supervisory authority, for the 2019 financial year.
Article 2.- (1) This recruitment shall be open to holders of a diploma in Design Engineering, Master of Science (Master II) with a thesis, DEA (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies), Doctorate Degree, Ph.D, Doctorate Degree/Ph.D or any equivalent diploma.
