Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°92/007 du 14 août 1992 portant Code du Travail; Vu le décret n°78/484 du 09 novembre 1978 fixant les dispositions communes applicables aux Agents de l'Etat relevant du Code du Travail; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 pour la organisation du Gouvernement, modifiant la complète par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ; Vu le décret n°2012/537 du 19 novembre 2012 portant la organisation du Ministère de la Fonction Publique et de la Réforme Administrative ; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant le réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2000/696/PM du 13 septembre 2000 fixant le Régime Général des Concours Administratifs ; Vu l'arrêté n°005875/MINFOPRA du 1er juillet 2019 portant ouverture d'un test de sélection pour le recrutement de deux cent vingt-cinq (225) Sages-femmes/Maïeuticiens relevant du Code du Travail pour le compte du Ministère de la Santé Publique, au titre de l'exercice 2019,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of law No.92/007 of 14 August 1992 on the Labour Code; Mindful of decree No.78/484 of 9 November 1978 to fix the common provisions applicable to State employees governed by the Labour Code; Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform; Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations; Mindful of Order No.005875/MINFOPRA of 1er July 2019 to announce a selection test to recruit 225 (two hundred and twenty-five) Midwives governed by the Labour Code for the Ministry of Public Health, for the 2019 financial year,
