Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018 ;
Vu le décret n°2012/537 du 19 novembre 2012 portant organisation du Ministère de la Fonction Publique de la Réforme Administrative ;
Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ;
Vu le décret n°2000/696/PM du 13 septembre 2000 fixant le Régime Général des Concours Administratif ;
Vu l’arrêté n°005868/MINFOPRA du 1er juillet 2019 portant ouverture d’un concours direct pour le recrutement de soixante-dix (70) personnels dans le corps des fonctionnaires des Services de l’Elevage et des Pêches Maritimes, session 2019,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree No.75/790 of 18 December 1975 on the Special Rules and Regulations of the corps of Livestock and Maritime Fishing civil servants;
Mindful of decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2000/287 of 12 October 2000;
Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations;
Mindful of Order No.005868/MINFOPRA of 1er July 2019 to announce a direct competitive examination to recruit 70 (seventy) personnel into the corps of Livestock and Maritime Fishing civil servants, for the 2019 session,
