Subject of the Quotation Request The Director General of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), launches a consultation in emergency procedure, for the recruitment of a broker in charge of the management of the health fund of the executives, staff of the CCAA and their families. | | 2. Consistance des prestations Les prestations consistent à apporter une réponse au besoin de couverture médicale des dirigeants (Directeur Général et Directeur Général Adjoint), du personnel de la CCAA et de leurs familles figurant sur la liste des bénéficiaires qui sera fournie par la CCAA en gérant avec efficacité et efficience les dépenses y relatives selon les termes convenus.
Les bénéficiaires sont regroupés ainsi qu'il suit :
Groupe 1 : Directeur Général, Directeur Général Adjoint et leurs familles.
Groupe 2 : Personnel de la CCAA et leurs familles
La population concernée est d'environ 3182 personnes (dont 1045 employés, 389 conjoints et 1748 enfants). Elle est repartie sur l'étendue du territoire national.
Plus précisément, les prestations du gestionnaire s'articuleront autour de :
A. Gestion administrative et opérationnelle du fonds maladie B. Plateforme digitale & systèmes d'information C. Contrôle médical, lutte contre la fraude et optimisation des coûts D. Reporting, statistiques et assistance à la décision | 2. Scope of Services The services consist of responding to the need for medical coverage of the managers (Director General and Deputy Director General), the staff of the CCAA and their families on the list of beneficiaries that will be provided by the CCAA by effectively and efficiently managing the related expenses according to the agreed terms.
The beneficiaries are grouped as follows:
Group 1: General Manager, Deputy General Director and their families. Group 2: CCAA staff and their families
The population concerned is about 3182 people (including 1045 employees, 389 spouses and 1748 children). It is spread over the entire national territory.
