The Director General of the Public Contracts Regulatory Agency hereby announces as follows:
Within the framework of the implementation of the decree No.016/PM of 1 February 2016 laying down procedures for the categorization of service providers in the Building and Public Works sector in accordance with the provisions of the call for candidature No.0001/ARMP/CCP-BTP/20 and No.0002/ARMP/CCP-BTP/20 of 17 December 2020 and on the proposal of the Commission in charge of categorization, the following works Companies, technical consultancies and firms are placed under the "Public Works" sub-sector:
