THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/089 of May 04, 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of August 04, 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of December 09.2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No 2018/190 of March 02, 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/00 I of 04 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government;
Mindful of Order No. 044/CAB/PM of 24 May 2022 to lay down the establishment, organization and Functioning of the Special Program for the Reconstruction and Development of the Far-North Region,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article ONE. - Mister MADJADOUMBAYE Jérémie is with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Deputy Coordinator of the Special Program for the Reconstruction and Development of the Far-North Region.
Article 2. - The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3. - The present order shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
