To lunch a competitive entrance examination into the first year of the Biomedical and Health Science Programmes in the Faculty of Science of the University of Ngaoundéré, for the 2026/2027 academic year.
THE MINISTER OF STATE, MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Mindful the Constitution;
Mindful of law no. 2023/007 of 25 july 2023, on the orientation of Higher Education in Cameroon;
Mindful of Decree no. 2011/410 of 09 December 2011, to appoint members of government;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/190 of March 2, 2018, amending and sulementing certains provisions of Decree No. 2011/408 of December 9, 2011, regarding government organization.
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/002 of January 4, 2019, relevant to the government's restructuring;
Mindful of Decree no. 93/026 of 19 January 1993, on the creation of Universities;
Mindful of Decree No. 2005/342 of September 10, 2005, amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 93/027 of January 19, 1993 on provisions common to Universities;
Mindful of Decree n° 92/074 of April 13, 1992 on the transformation of the University Centers of Buea and Ngaoundéré into Universities;
Mindful Decree no. 2012/433 of 01 October 2012, to organize the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree n° 2023/384 of august 30, 2023 appointing Rectors of the University of Ngaoundéré;
Mindful Of decision no. 18260039/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of the 17th February, 2026 to fix the calendar of competitive entrance examinations into the Faculties, Schools and Institutions of State Universities, for the 2026/2027 academic year,
DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: A competitive entrance examination for the admission of Two hundred (200) students into the first year of Biomedical and Health Science in the Faculty of Science of the University of Ngaoundéré for the 2026/2027 academic year on Sunday 04 October 2026 at the centers of Yaounde, Ngaoundéré, Maroua and Dschang according to the following distribution:

Article 2:(1)The competitive entrance examination is opened to Cameroonians of both sexes, holders of Baccalauréat or the General Certificate of Education Examination, Advanced level (GCE 'A' Level) in at least three science subjects and GCE 'O' level, or any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Minister of Higher Education. The subject "Religious Knowledge" is not considered.
