DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: A files study competition is currently underway for the recruitment of one hundred and twenty (120) students in the third year of professional Bachelor degree in the Department of Sciences and Techniques of Biological Agriculture of the Faculty of Science of the University of Ngaoundéré for the academic year 2026/2027.
Article 2: The competition is opened in a single session to holders of the higher technician diploma in agriculture, certificate of higher technician in agriculture, University degree in technology, senior breeding technician, Agropastoral Advisors, or any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Minister of Higher Education.
Article 3: (1) Workers/professionals who possess the above-mentioned degrees are approved to the competition must contribute to the training costs, the amount of which is specified in a specific text;
(2) International candidates nominated by their chancelleries may be admitted into the contest, subject to the availability of places.
