# To temporarily suspend some Wood Processing Units, located in Wouri Division, Littoral Region
# THE MINISTER OF FORESTRY AND WILDLIFE,

Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshufle the Government;
# HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article I: Pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 128 of Law No. 081/013 of 27 November 19819to lay down Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries Regulations, 65of Law aia 11 1 and 1of Decree No. 95o August 199 t lay down the terms and conditions for the enforcement of Forest Regulations, the Wood Processing Units of the following companies, located in Wouri Division, Littoral Region, are hereby suspended fom the date of signature of this Decision, for non-compliance with provisions of contract specifications and complicity in illegal forest exploitation intheirWodProcess Units. They are:
I. Si Hai 2. Zongo Zolo 3. 2BC 4. SSC 5. Catept Hett 6. DR Bois .TV Bois
Article 2: This decision shall entail:
A stop to activities; -A stop to the issuance of secured documents as well as a suspension of sigature of these documents.
Article This suspension shall obe lifted aftr the final settlement of thelitigation penin against the aforementioned companies.
Article 4: The Director of Forestry, the Director of the Promotion and Processing of Forest Products, the Head of the National Brigade for Control Operations, the Regional Degsii l DilDe
and Wildlife for Wouri, shall each in their respective spheres, ensure the monitoring and implementation of this Decision, which shall be registered and published as and where necessary.
