APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BAR-ROLL COMMISSION OF THE CAMEROON BAR ASSOCIATION
THE PRESIDENT OF THE CAMEROON BAR ASSOCIATION,
MINDFUL of Law No. 90/059 of the 19th of December, 1990 to organize Practice at the Bar;
MINDFUL of Decision N°41/DPJ/SG/MJ of 12 April 2005 on the Internal Regulations of the Cameroon Bar Association;
MINDFUL of the Proceedings of the General Assembly of the Cameroon Bar Association of 19th and 20th June 2022;
MINDFUL of the General Directives of the Bar President on the functioning of the Bar Council;
MINDFUL of the necessity of service;
DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Under the coordination of the Bar Secretary, Bar-Roll Commission of the Cameroon Association shall be responsible for:
- Updating the Bar Roll;
- The dissemination of the Bar Roll to judicial and diplomatic institutions;
- The publication of the Bar Roll in accordance with the Bar Council resolution of November 19, 2022.
Article 2: From the date of signature of the present Decision, the following Advocates are appointed to the Bar-Roll Commission of the Cameroon Bar Association:

Article 3: At the behest of the Bar Secretary, this Decision shall be notified to the President and published accordingly in English and French.
The President of the said Commission shall be responsible for the notification of this decision on all appointed members.
The President may appoint any other member whose competence is relevant to the attainment of the objectives of this Commission.
