Décret · portant révocation d'un officier de justice et du droit

Ce décret présidentiel révoque Madame DOUDOU Marthe, épouse SOUKSOUNA, officier de justice et du droit, du corps de la magistrature avec suppression de ses droits à pension, à compter du 2 janvier 2013, date de son abandon de poste. La mesure est prise en application des décrets régissant la fonction publique et le service judiciaire. Le décret sera enregistré et publié au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE N° 2018/763 of 10 DEC 2018 dismissal of a Judicial and Legal Officer.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 74/759 of 26th 1974 to organize civil pensions’ scheme and its subsequent amendments thereto; Mindful of Decree No. 94/199 du 7th October 1994 to lay down the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service as amended; Mindful of Decree No. 95/48 du 8th March 1995 to lay down the Rules and Regulations governing the Judicial and Legal Service as amended and supplemented; Considering the disciplinary records of the concerned,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS :

ARTICLE 1.- Mrs. DOUDOU Marthe, spouse SOUKSOUNA (Sce. 554 457-J), Judicial and Legal Officer, 2nd scale, is, with effect from 2nd January 2013, date she abandoned his duties, dismissed from the Magistracy corps with suppression of pension rights.

ARTICLE 2. This Decree shall be registered and published in the Official Gazette in English and French.-
